The Leading Laundry Equipment Supplier & Laundry solutions provider in the Middle East.is looking forward to hiring a Finance Manager, someone with 5+ years in Planning and analysis, budget control, and withe previous experience in accounting, and cost management.

 We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the following.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive financial reporting system from scratch.
  • Establish and configure an accounting system that suits the needs.
  • exchange, including the integration of the accounting software.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to support informed decision-making.
  • Generate detailed financial reports to provide insightful financial analysis to support executive decision-making, identify financial trends, and evaluate financial performance.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of company transactions.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies in the company ledger.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts.
  • Review and verify all ledger entries and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary data for monthly closing.

  • Collaborate with the IT department to optimize accounting software and tools.

Experience/Education/Skill-set Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, with a preference for experience in the Trading services industry
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements,
    • Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Order processing experience Working knowledge
