HR – ASSISTANT

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day personnel operations, confidential certificate issuing, employee relations management, etc., and ensuring adherence to policies. Assist in the development of department policies and procedures to ensure the fulfillment of organizational requirements and    Labor relations.  

Responsibilities

  • Employee Time Administration and Payroll processing.
  • Provide back-office support for the smooth functioning of the department.
  • Render assistance in all HR-related activities such as
  • Maintenance of Employee Database and Employee Personal Files.
  • Coordination with Travel Agents for employees’ air tickets.
  • Working experience in Time Management and Payroll is mandatory.
  • Support in the recruitment process by way of organizing interviews, issuing Offer of Appointment Letters, and completing Joining Formalities.
  • Support in employee onboarding

Experience/Education/Skill-set Required

  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
  • Exposure to ERP system desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, PowerPoint, word etc.)
