SALES COORDINATOR

Job Description

Develop strong business relationships with key internal/external customer accounts and NL sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries and orders.
  • Assist in providing outstanding customer service.
  • PN identification, quotations, and clarifications.
  • Provide continual evaluation of the group’s processes and methods, to ensure the most effective.
  • use of resources and equipment
  • Order processing in ERP and follow-up on orders to ensure we deliver on time.
  • Work on difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters.
  • Work closely with Managers in other department, such as Sales, on updating policies and procedures for client services.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and send quotations.
  • Follow up quotations to increase the sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reporting skills
  • Approach new clients and increase customer’s database.

Experience/Education/Skill-set Required

  • 3+ years’ experience preferably in relevant field.
  • Order processing experience
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft dynamic or similar ERP system
  • Trading experience preferred.
