3. Do you provide open credit facility to customers? Can I purchase product or service on open credit?

Yes we do provide open credit facility to our loyal customers who purchase regularly our products and services subject to the approval of our credit dept.  What you have to do is to contact us to get the credit application form , fill it and send it back to us on email  accounts@newmatic.ae and our accounting dept. shall revert to you within 5 working days with the status of your application.

1. Do you keep stock of the equipments you deal with?

Newmatic is a large stockist of equipments that are classified under market regular demand and they are subject to prior sale.

2. What is the delivery time of the equipment that you don’t keep in stock which is not in regular demand ?

The delivery time of each equipment varies, depending on type of equipment, brand and the time of ordering. The standard delivery time ranged from 6 to 12 weeks which could change in case of any alteration in the manufacturers production time.

2. How much will it take to attend my service request ?

Service requests and complains are normally attended within a day or two depending on the time it’s been registered with us.

3. Do you service laundry equipment not supplied by you ?

Yes we do service any laundry machinery and brand.

4. I have noticed that you are servicing and signed AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) with many of the clients under hotel , hospital , commercial laundry sectors , do you also offer AMC even if the machines not supplied by you and not within your brands range?

Newmatic’s AMC dept has the efficient team and experience to handle all laundry machineries irrespective of its brand and regardless if it was supplied by Newmatic not.

6. Do you offer any warranty extension on the machines you supply?

Upon customer’s request, Newmatic can offer the customer to extend the warranty on the machines supplied to him at very reasonable cost.

Yes, Newmatic stocks all the recommended parts and consumables by the manufactures for the machines that we supply.

2. Do you supply spare parts for laundry machines not supplied by you.
