Job Description
Develop strong business relationships with key internal/external customer accounts and NL sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries and orders.
- Assist in providing outstanding customer service.
- PN identification, quotations, and clarifications.
- Provide continual evaluation of the group’s processes and methods, to ensure the most effective.
- use of resources and equipment
- Order processing in ERP and follow-up on orders to ensure we deliver on time.
- Work on difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters.
- Work closely with Managers in other department, such as Sales, on updating policies and procedures for client services.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Prepare and send quotations.
- Follow up quotations to increase the sales.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Approach new clients and increase customer’s database.

Experience/Education/Skill-set Required
- 3+ years’ experience preferably in relevant field.
- Order processing experience
- Working knowledge in Microsoft dynamic or similar ERP system
- Trading experience preferred.
