Newmatic Project Department will coordinate closely with the lead consultant, contractor, and client to meticulously plan and execute the laundry project. This process will span from the date of commencement through to the satisfactory handover of the completed facility. Key activities will include scheduling regular progress meetings, establishing clear timelines and milestones, managing resource allocation, addressing potential challenges proactively, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. Ongoing communication will be prioritized to ensure alignment among all stakeholders and facilitate a smooth transition into operational status.
